Welcome! I'm Melissa Gross, a dynamic and interactive teacher and speaker called to lead and encourage Christian women in their walk with the Lord through classes, workshops and retreats incorporating Bible study, devotionals, illustrated Bible journaling, paper crafting and mixed media projects that merge faith and art bringing God’s Word to life so you can find renewed excitement to dive into the Word, use your creative gifts, and apply the Truth as you draw closer to the Lord and serve Him in your everyday life. This site is where I share my everyday adventures, Bible Journaling pages, scrapbook layouts, handmade cards, and other crafty projects, as well as information on my upcoming workshops and events. I also post photos, ramble about books I'm reading, stuff I'm organizing, and other FUN bits & pieces of my wonderful life.

Guess Who Was In Dallas Last Week?

Yep, Stacy Julian was here to speak at the Close to My Heart convention, and she arranged for me to meet up with her and attend the session she was speaking at. She shared a fantastic video during her presentation, which you can check out on her blog here.

It was a quick meeting, but after learning so much from her in various workshops at BPC and working with her during the Finding Photo Freedom workshop and in the Library of Memories Community, it was a treat to finally meet in real life!

Over the summer, I've noticed posts where some of my bloggy friends have met in real life, too! Isn't it fun!?! I just found out yesterday that I'll get to meet Cheri in a couple of months!

What fun! I think Cheri lives the closest to me of all my blogging friends, but I've met Maria instead who lives all the way across the country. Strange how things work out. Enjoy!

How fun! I met Stacy at a CKC in Valley Forge a few years back. Got to spend some time with her, her lovely Mom and Elizabeth Dillow. Good times! I have met other scrappers in real life too and it's always been a great experience. :)
